It has been a great experience over the past year as I have been working with Ed McBride on the purchase of a vehicle to replace my 2011 KIa Optima. I came to Laking Toyota because of friends who have purchased several Toyota vehicles through Laking Toyota with Ed's assistance because of the trusting relationship they have developed with him. I too have come to trust that the help and support needed will be provided by Ed as I learn about all the features of my new 2026 RAV4 XLE Premium. It's been a long but enjoyable journey from March 2025 when I first spoke with Ed and more than one option and alternatives have been considered, such as an off-lease RAV4 to accommodate my budget, a hybrid vehicle which I at first resisted and a new 2025 gas RAV4. I'm very happy that I'm now the owner of a hybrid vehicle and that it's backed with Toyota's reputation for a quality product and excellent service. I would highly recommend this Toyota dealership and the salesperson, Ed McBride.
