I cannot say enough good things about the team at Laking Toyota. From start to finish, this was hands down the best, most seamless vehicle purchase experience I have ever had in my life.
I dealt with Alex and Will on the sales side, and they were phenomenal. There was absolutely no pressure; they were professional, attentive, and genuinely cared about getting me into the right vehicle. When it came to sorting out the paperwork, Eric in finance was fantastic to work with—transparent, efficient, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process.
They sold me a 2018 Toyota Prius ( once detailed, looked like.a 2026) with 60,000 kms on it, and the level of service they provided before handing over the keys was unmatched. In just 4 days' time, they had the vehicle completely ready for me. They didn’t just slap a safety sticker on it and call it a day—they went above and beyond by replacing all the fluids, putting all new brakes on it, and giving it a full, immaculate detail.
To turn a car around that quickly while ensuring every single detail was taken care of shows a massive amount of pride in their work and respect for their customers. My daughter in law can’t believe it wasn’t a brand new car as it was so that detailed. I am incredibly grateful to Alex, Will, Eric, and the entire team at Laking Toyota for making this such a positive, stress-free, and memorable experience. They have earned a customer for life!

This is our 2nd Toyota purchase since 2015 and we use the dealership for service on our vehicles as their oil change prices are very reasonable.
Alex C., Brad K. and Eric P. were very professional and made the car buying experience as easy as possible. Because of the high demand for Toyota's right now, as long as you go in with realistic expectations, they will work with you. They even had their delivery specialist walk us through the vehicle features and set up our devices as needed. This is something you would find in a luxury dealership and was much appreciated.
They didn't push extra accessories or fees and the rest of the staff we interacted with was and has always been welcoming and pleasant. We did compare other Toyota dealers around Sudbury but it was clear that Laking was the best choice for us.
