First time purchasing a vehicle with Laking Toyota and the experience was amazing. I had to wait about 9 months to get a delivery of my car, however my product advisor John was very helpful throughout the process and kept me updated along the way. Pick up was very smooth, Victoria was amazing and explained the vehicle thoroughly before I got out of the dealership. And Darren, the finance manager was superb to deal with. I had been getting my Toyota serviced in North Bay for over a year and experienced the worst service and abuse I have ever dealt with. I decided to try Laking Toyota for service of my vehicle. Making the appointment was so simple, they were kind and accomodating to me. They send text reminders and communicate with you simply and efficiently. I dealt with Cole Desjardins in person. I was so nervous to deal with what I had in North Bay but Cole was so great. He was kind, respectful and took the time to explain before I agreed to any service.
