Laking Toyota has an immediate opening for a full-time Receptionist to join our team. The Receptionist provides front-line customer service for the dealership. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting customers on the phone and in the dealership, processing payments, and providing a positive experience for all customers.



  • Answer phones
  • Greet and direct customers to appropriate department/associate
  • Check e-mail voicemail for any messages
  • Write cash receipts for customers
  • Tidiness of customer lounge area
  • Match statements and invoices
  • Post invoices
  • Daily reconciliation of service and parts invoices
  • Balance and Complete Daily Bank Deposit
  • Post licensing journal entry


The successful candidate will have:
