Customer Service Representative

Laking Toyota is currently searching for a full-time Customer Service Representative to join our team. This position provides front-line customer relations for the Service Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting customers on the phone or in the dealership, processing credit, debit and cash payment, and providing a positive experience for all customers.
The successful candidate will have:

  • Exceptional customer relations/service skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Computer literacy (experience using a tablet an asset)
  • Ability to work as a part of a team

  • Driver's license (G)
